Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome.
• 2 years of experience if HS diploma or less preferred.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a plus but not required.
• Good English communication skills – oral and written.

Responsabilités

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Order entry/processing until order release/fulfillment.
• Prepares product/license quotes for pre-sales customers; validates data before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, reps and customer service to process orders or changes.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and communications.
