The Associate Director - Client Delivery leads the successful delivery of marketing programs across a portfolio of client accounts. You'll guide delivery managers and cross-functional teams, translate client priorities into coordinated execution, and ensure work meets agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Combining strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, this role gives you the opportunity to shape how teams work, strengthen client relationships, and improve delivery across multiple accounts.

What You'll Do

• Own delivery performance. Oversee execution across assigned accounts, maintain consistent service standards, and make day-to-day delivery decisions within established authority.
• Lead marketing programs. Coordinate projects involving multiple teams and workstreams, managing dependencies, scope changes, and delivery schedules.
• Plan resources and priorities. Work with functional leaders to align team capacity, allocate resources, and resolve competing demands so projects stay on track.
• Manage delivery risks. Review account health, resource utilization, and quality indicators. Work with relevant teams to maintain accurate client health assessments, resolve issues, and escalation concerns when needed.
• Connect delivery with client goals. Partner with client relationship and success teams to align execution with business priorities, support retention, and contribute delivery insights to account growth discussions.
• Lead performance conversations. Present delivery results, recommendations, and improvement plans during client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Develop delivery leaders. Coach Delivery Managers and Coordinators in project execution, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and sound escalation decisions.
• Improve ways of working. Strengthen account reviews, performance dashboards, and project retrospectives. Standardize effective practices to improve efficiency and help teams deliver consistently as operations scale.

What You'll Bring

• 7-9 years of relevant experience in client delivery, marketing operations, or project and program management.
• A proven track record of managing delivery across multiple client accounts or large-scale client engagements.
• Strong command of project and program management approaches, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, applied to complex marketing initiatives.
• Experience leading distributed teams and coordinating work across functions, locations, and time zones.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to resolve escalations and turn performance data into clear recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards to monitor progress, manage risks, and support delivery decisions.

Preferred Qualification

Formal training or certification in project or program management, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification.
