Power Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our Client Experience team and act as the hub between clients and internal teams. This role reports into the PMO and drives digital-marketing deliverables end-to-end with a focus on quality, timing, and alignment to client objectives.

You'll manage multiple projects, coordinate across service lines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading projects in a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency with Asana and project management tools.
• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiar with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to change.
• Professional approach with conflict management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts and cross-functional teams via Asana and channels.
• Create and execute deliverable plans and adjust to evolving needs.
• Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality and stakeholder communication.
• Support client calls with recaps, action items and follow-up.
• Evaluate new work requests and assign resources and actions.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain proactive client and team communication throughout projects.
