Digital is seeking a Client Delivery Manager (Full-time, Remote) to sit at the centre of our delivery ecosystem, ensuring seamless execution of digital content and creative projects across multiple clients.

You will coordinate between clients and freelance talent, translating briefs into delivery plans, tracking timelines, and safeguarding quality. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, staying on brief, and resolving bottlenecks across active workstreams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in project management, account management, or delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of digital content and creative production workflows.
• Experience working with freelance or distributed teams.

This role is focused on end-to-end delivery coordination between clients and freelance talent, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard. You will play a critical operational role within the client–talent ecosystem, ensuring clarity, structure, and excellence in execution across all active workstreams.

Responsibilities

CLIENT & DELIVERY COORDINATION

• Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and freelance talent.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple client accounts.
• Translate briefs into clear delivery plans and workflows.
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expectations.

DELIVERY EXECUTION (CREATIVE & CONTENT)

• Oversee execution across multiple project types, including:
• Social media content and campaign assets
• Copywriting and editorial content
• Digital creative (ads, banners, landing pages)
• Track progress, deadlines, and quality across all deliverables.
• Ensure outputs meet client expectations and agreed standards.
• Proactively manage delivery risks and bottlenecks.

WORKFLOW & OPERATIONS

• Maintain structured workflows across all projects from brief to execution until delivery.
• Coordinate freelancers across concurrent workstreams.
• Ensure clarity and consistency in briefing and delivery processes.
• Maintain visibility across all active projects.

Requirements
