Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Client Marketing Delivery Manager to bring structure to complex projects across client accounts within a marketing services organization. You will coordinate teams, manage competing priorities, and ensure delivery from planning through execution, meeting timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or program management.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience coordinating teams across different functions.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balance priorities, and maintain clear timelines.
• Experience identifying and managing project risks and dependencies.
• Familiarity with project management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain progress, flag concerns, and agree on next steps.

Responsabilidades

• Own project delivery across assigned client accounts, keeping deliverables on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
• Plan and prioritize work with timelines, milestones, and priorities while coordinating capacity and dependencies.
• Keep teams aligned by clarifying responsibilities and coordinating handoffs across teams.
• Maintain clear project visibility with dashboards, trackers, workflows, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Manage delivery risks by identifying delays or issues early and coordinating solutions with practical recommendations.
• Track delivery performance by monitoring resource utilization, SLAs, and rework trends, and provide timely inputs to client health reporting.
• Lead delivery discussions by facilitating internal progress meetings and client delivery check-ins and documenting decisions.
• Support client objectives by aligning delivery with outcomes and preparing teams for potential account expansion.
• Coordinate smooth onboarding for new projects and team members with clear expectations and established workflows.
• Improve delivery quality by reviewing outputs against standards and recommending practical improvements to reduce rework.
