Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Managed Print Services (MPS).
• With at least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling corporate accounts.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and monitor the performance of 3-5 Account Managers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Managed Print Services solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention across accounts.
• Monitor contract renewals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

1.TeamSupervision

• Lead,coachandmonitortheperformanceof3-5AccountManagers,
• Assistinimplementingsalesstrategiesandactionplanstoachievecompanytargets.
• Conductregularsalesmeetings,pipelinereviewsandperformancecoachingsessions.
• GuideAccountManagersinprospecting,clientpresentations,negotiationsandclosing.
• Ensurepropersalesdiscipline,CRMupdatingandactivitymonitoring.

2.BusinessDevelopment

• IdentifyanddevelopnewbusinessopportunitiesforManagedPrintServicesolutions.
• Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithcorporateclientsanddecision-makers.
• Participateinclientmeetings,solutionpresentations,andproposaldiscussions.
• Supportthesalesteaminhandlingstrategicorhigh-valueaccounts.
• Expandmarketcoverageandincreaserecurringrevenueopportunities.

3.AccountManagement

• Ensurehighcustomersatisfactionandretention.
• Coordinatewithtechnicalandserviceteamstoaddressclientconcernsandservicerequirements.
• Monitorcontractrenewals,upselling,andcross-sellingopportunities.
• Assistinresolvingescalatedcustomerissueswhennecessary.

4.SalesOperations&Reporting

• Preparesalesforecasts,pipelinereports,andperformanceanalysis.
• TrackteamKPIsincludingquotaattainment,clientacquisition,andaccountgrowth.
• Recommendprocessimprovementstoenhancesalesproductivity.

JOBQUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor'sDegreeinBusinessAdministration,Marketing,ITorrelatedfield.
• Atleast3-5yearsofB2Bsalesexperience,preferablyinManagedPrintServices(MPS).
• Withatleast2yearsofsupervisoryorteamleadershipexperience.
• Proventrackrecordinachievingsalestargetsandhandlingcorporateaccounts.
• Strongleadership,negotiation,andpresentationskills.
• Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
