Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in F&B services management, hospitality, tourism, hotel management, business studies/administration or marketing.
• Preferably with related experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in F&B services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC) adherence.
• Lead the floor during peak hours, delivering excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen, prep areas and exteriors where applicable.
• Engage guests to ensure a unique and memorable dining experience with quality standards.
• Professionally resolve guests concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Manage closing shift procedures and store setup for the next day.
• Lead restaurant operations during shifts to ensure effective performance.
• Nurture a work environment that motivates and builds positive relationships.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Develop relationships that foster guest loyalty and frequent patronage.
