Job summary

Shangri-La Boracay invites an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen team, ensuring exceptional dining in a luxury resort. You will oversee staff, maintain high food quality, and partner with the Executive Chef to drive daily operations.

The role requires international hotel/resort experience, a culinary arts diploma, and a strong background in seafood along with HACCP/ISO 22000 hygiene knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Cuisine in an international hotel/resort or renowned restaurant.
• Graduate or diploma in Culinary Arts.
• Strong background in seafood dishes.
• Knowledge of both Asian cuisine and Western plating.
• Knowledge of HACCP / ISO 22000 hygiene procedures.

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience in the same capacity in aninternational Hotel / Resort or a well-known restaurant.
• A graduate or any diploma courses related to Culinary Arts.
• Strong background in creating seafood dishes.
• Knowledgeable in Asian cuisine and Western plating.
• Has a strong sense of financial acumen and must be good inadministrativeskills.
• Knowledgeable of food hygiene procedures (HACCP / ISO 22000).
• A good team player shows initiative, creativity, andpassion in delighting guests
