Job summary

Shangri-La Boracay Resort & Spa in Boracay Island seeks a Stewarding professional to support the department's smooth operation. You will supervise cleaning processes, manage stock control, and uphold health, safety and hygiene standards across all F&B areas.

The role requires a self-motivated, guest-oriented individual with strong English and Filipino communication skills. Hospitality management education is preferred; local package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in an international hotel with the same capacity is an advantage.
• Strong background in F&B service and operations.
• A self-starter, must be guest-oriented, with an eye for details, has an initiative and anticipation.
• Oral and Written Fluency in both English and Filipino. Knowledge in other foreign language is a plus.
• A graduate of Hospitality Management or International Hospitality Management or related course.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas.
