Job summary

Shangri-La Boracay is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily hotel operations on Boracay Island and to oversee Front Office activities, ensuring top-notch guest service and smooth arrivals and departures.

The role requires strong leadership, focus on guest experience, and the ability to coordinate with hotel teams to maintain service excellence across all departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk and room operations is preferred.
• Ability to respond to emergencies per SOP.
• Proven leadership in guest service teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis.
• Enhance overall guest experience during their stay.
• Supervise and direct the Front Office team.
• Ensure all colleagues are kept up-to-date with hotel products and services.
• Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective.
• Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
