Job summary

Seda Manila Bay is seeking an experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to lead the All Day Dining Restaurant and Bar operations. You will oversee service quality, guest experiences, and staff performance to ensure excellence and efficiency.

You will collaborate with culinary and other departments, coach the team, manage costs, and uphold food safety and brand standards on a busy, guest-facing outlet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality-related field.
• Minimum 3 years in F&B operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant and bar operations to maintain service standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Support revenue goals through cost control, inventory, and upselling.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hotel brand standards.
