Job summary

Fairmont Makati is seeking an experienced Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily all-day dining operations, ensuring seamless service, high product quality, and adherence to brand standards in a luxury hotel setting.

You will lead, motivate, and develop team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences and collaborating closely with service, kitchen, and dining area teams to uphold excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of two years of experience in all day dining operations within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong service orientation with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Proficient in loyalty programs, Opera PMS, and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily outlet operations and supports the Outlet Manager in ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining product quality, and upholding service standards.
• Provides exceptional guest experiences by fostering positive relationships with guests and promoting seamless collaboration between the service team, kitchen, and dining area operations.
• Ensures compliance with all corporate, regional, and local hotel policies, operating procedures, and service standards, maintaining consistency and operational excellence across the outlet.
