Job summary

Seda Hotels Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor in Makati to lead the bar operations, ensure SOP adherence, and supervise the bar team. The role entails hands-on mixology, beverage menu development, and maintaining top-quality cocktails while driving guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with F&B and other departments, manage inventory and costs, and coach staff to uphold Seda’s standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in bar operations.
• 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience in mixology, cocktail preparation, beverage menu development, and bar inventory control desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure proper opening, closing, and daily operating procedures are consistently followed.
• Monitor bar readiness, cleanliness, organization, equipment, glassware, utensils, and supplies.
• Lead, coach, and motivate bar associates to achieve service and operational standards.
• Assist in developing and improving cocktail and beverage menus based on guest preferences and trends.
• Deliver personalized and attentive service to guests and handle inquiries promptly.
• Monitor beverage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to billing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, HACCP/food safety requirements, sanitation, and safety procedures.
