R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations at Ayala Malls Manila Bay. You will lead FOH/BOH teams, ensure service excellence, and drive profitability with strong focus on safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, staff development, and the ability to handle customer issues promptly. This full-time position offers competitive pay and growth opportunities in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant / Shift Manager (Fine Dining, Casual Dining, and Fast Food Dining).
• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• Has strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge in P&L, Food Costing, Labor Costing, Food Safety, Quality in general.
• Sales and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Train and manage restaurant staff (FOH and BOH).
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback/coaching.
• Support events, menu updates, and seasonal promotions.
