Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant/Shift Manager (Fine Dining, Casual Dining, and Fast Food)
• Completed at least 2 years in college
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge in P&L, Food Costing, Labor Costing, Food Safety, Quality
• Sales and customer-oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Train and manage restaurant staff (FOH and BOH).
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback/coaching.
• Support events, menu updates, and seasonal promotions.
