Job summary

Seda Manila Bay is seeking an experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to lead the All Day Dining Restaurant and Bar operations. You will oversee service quality, guest experiences, and staff performance to ensure excellence and efficiency.

You will collaborate with culinary and other departments, coach the team, manage costs, and uphold food safety and brand standards on a busy, guest-facing outlet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality-related field.
• Minimum 3 years in F&B operations with supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure excellent service standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to enhance performance and guest satisfaction.
• Support revenue goals through effective cost control, inventory management, and upselling initiatives.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hotel brand standards.
• Coordinate with Culinary and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, guest service, and team management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in POS systems and operational reporting.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
