This role requires managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least seven years of managerial experience in HR. A strong background in Collective Bargaining Agreements and relevant certifications is preferred. The position offers a competitive salary range of Php 65,000 to Php 80,000.

Position: Assistant HR Manager – HR Operations & Labor Relations (Batangas)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and personnel documentation in compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Demonstrate strong competencies in planning and organizing, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and control
• Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR and administrative teams to achieve operational excellence

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any Business-related course
• At least seven (7) years of managerial experience in Human Resources
• Experience handling Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)
• Experience in ISO, HACCP, and GMP certifications related to HR operations is an advantage
• Willing to attend interviews as required
• Can start as soon as possible
