Job summary

A chemical manufacturing company based in Batangas City is looking for a seasoned HR Manager. The role encompasses overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Ideal candidates should possess at least 7 years of managerial experience in HR and familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements. This is an onsite position, and successful applicants will be required to start as soon as possible. Competitive salary range is Php 65,000 – Php 80,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any Business-related course.
• At least 7 years of managerial experience in Human Resources.
• With experience in Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations.
• Experience with ISO, HACCP, and GMP certifications related to HR operations is an advantage.
• Amenable to attend interviews (online and face-to-face).
• Available to start as soon as possible.
