Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and personnel documentation in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Demonstrate strong competencies in planning and organizing, problem‑solving, decision‑making, leadership, and control.
- Supervise day‑to‑day administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR and administrative teams to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any Business‑related course.
- At least seven (7) years of managerial experience in Human Resources.
- Experience handling Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
- Experience in ISO, HACCP, and GMP certifications related to HR operations is an advantage.
- Willing to attend interviews as required.
- Can start as soon as possible.
