Qualifications

Responsibilities
Ensure Front Office operation runs smoothly and achieve total guest satisfaction.
Select and train Front Office personnel to their maximum potential.
Control Room Sales and maximize revenues using effective Yield Management techniques.
Coordinate with Accounting Department on all Cashiering functions.
Monitor room status and maintain communication with Housekeeping.
