GoTeam is seeking an Asset Technician Specialist for IT Asset Management in Cebu City, onsite night shift. You will own asset records from receipt to disposal, coordinate shipments, verify deliveries, and reconcile inventory.

The role emphasizes accuracy, audit readiness, and hands-on lifecycle ownership, with opportunities to apply AI to streamline processes. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring asset integrity across the lifecycle, from tagging to retirement, while collaborating

Qualifications

• 2+ years in asset management, IT support, or related role, preferably in a BPO or IT-driven environment.
• Direct ownership of asset records, equipment tagging, deployment/retrieval documentation, and inventory reconciliation.
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements for asset handling.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park night shift (10:00 PM–7:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Own every asset from arrival to disposal — nothing moves without a record.
• Oversee deployment, replacement, upgrades, transfers, retrieval, and disposal of assets.
• Maintain accurate records and tagging for all equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
• Reconcile physical inventory against the asset register.
• Coordinate with security to confirm delivery reports match units received, sign off on reports, and document condition via video.
• Pack and ship equipment, coordinate couriers for delivery, retrieval, and warranty checks; monitor shipments to delivery.
• Notify team members of shipping/pick-up details and confirm receipt of equipment.
• Develop and deploy AI solutions to optimize asset workflows and identify automation opportunities.
