Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, in partnership with a reputable group of companies, seeks an Asset Management Officer based in Ortigas, Pasig City. The role ensures accurate fixed asset records, compliance with accounting standards, and smooth asset lifecycle processes.

You will manage acquisitions, tagging, disposals, and reconciliations, support asset verification, and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations. Onsite, day shift, with a salary up to ₱60,000.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–4 years in fixed asset management or accounting.
Strong fixed asset knowledge: depreciation, capitalization, reconciliation.
Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Analytical, organized, problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Maintain fixed asset records and documentation.
Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and adjustments.
Ensure asset tagging, classification, and capitalization.
Perform fixed asset reconciliations between asset register and accounting records.
Support asset verification and inventory activities.
Monitor depreciation and ensure timely recording.
Review supporting documents for asset transactions.
Assist in resolving asset discrepancies and control issues.
Prepare asset management reports for Finance and management.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Operations on asset matters.
Support audits with required asset records.
