Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Asset Review Specialist onsite in Ortigas to support North American lien searches, reviewing assets, applying detailed rules, and ordering searches to keep files moving toward on-time auction readiness and seller payment.

You’ll work in Salesforce Lien Hub, handle PPSA orders for Canada and CSC searches for the US, monitor progress, and route results to the Lien Review team with strict SLA and 98%+ quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce or a comparable case- or queue-based system.
• Demonstrated accuracy in high-volume, repetitive data-processing work.
• Working comfort with Excel for tracking and classification.
• Ability to follow detailed business rules exactly, without deviation.

Responsibilities

• Review the individual assets within each assigned LSS in Salesforce Lien Hub and determine searchable versus non-searchable status per client business rules.
• Place required searches — PPSA orders for Canada and CSC lien searches for the US — on all searchable assets.
• Record non-searchable dispositions and maintain the Asset Review change log.
• Monitor searches through to completion and route results to the Lien Review team and Salesforce queue.
• Escalate risks to on-time seller payment or auction readiness and meet turnaround targets.
