Job summary

The role focuses on proactive risk identification, escalation, and continuous improvement while delivering initiatives within agreed timeframes across asset management and custody partners.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in asset management operations, wealth management operations, or investment banking operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and delivering against deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present status clearly to stakeholders across varying seniority levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective working relationships with business stakeholders and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high-quality delivery in demanding, time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new account onboarding activities for investment accounts, including onboarding checklists, account opening information, and required setup documentation.
• Manage account lifecycle events such as mergers, liquidations, closures, in-specie transfers, and custody changes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely completion.
• Drive account-related projects supporting investment and operational solutions for new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain project plans, process flows, and runbooks to translate business requirements into executable deliverables.
• Schedule, lead, and document regular stakeholder meetings, tracking actions to completion across concurrent workstreams.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner and support root cause analysis and resolution tracking.
• Develop, review, and maintain functional procedures and project management tools to support consistent delivery.
• Review implementation outcomes and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and ways of working.
