Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila seeks a Fund Accounting Associate to support daily and monthly fund accounting processes, including net asset value calculations and related reporting deliverables. You will help ensure trades are processed accurately, inquiries resolved efficiently, and stakeholders receive timely updates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mutual funds and fund accounting concepts, including NAV calculations.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement fundamentals.
• Knowledge of securities industry events and cash flows (dividends, principal, interest, corporate actions).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily and monthly fund accounting deliverables, including NAV calculations.
• Process and validate trades and related accounting activity to support accurate books and records.
• Review financial statements and supporting documentation to confirm completeness, accuracy, and approvals.
• Resolve client and internal inquiries by researching breaks and escalating when needed.
• Maintain procedures that support a strong controls environment and meet requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and handoffs across the valuation lifecycle.
