Job summary

Innodata Inc. is seeking a Logistics & Asset Coordinator to manage movement, tracking, deployment, maintenance, and recovery of devices and assets supporting large-scale data collection programs.

You will oversee asset inventory, shipping and receiving, device provisioning, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and site readiness to ensure teams have the equipment and materials required to execute projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 2+ years in asset management, inventory control, logistics coordination, or related roles.
• Experience managing inventory and physical assets in a professional environment.
• Experience coordinating shipments and tracking equipment movement.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools and asset tracking systems.
• Experience supporting operational or project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of all operational assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Track inventory of project equipment including smartphones, tablets, cameras, wearables, and laptops.
• Ensure asset allocation, utilization, and recovery are accurate.
• Coordinate device provisioning and deployment for new projects.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and delivery timelines.
• Maintain shipment documentation and chain-of-custody records.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock levels; forecast needs.
• Ensure collection sites are fully equipped before project launches.
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, and maintenance; ensure security/compliance.
