Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. in the Philippines seeks an IT Asset Management professional to maintain accurate inventories of hardware, software, and licenses, and to oversee asset lifecycles from procurement to disposal.

You will generate regular reports on utilization and compliance, analyze data for cost savings, and ensure all assets are documented for audits, while coordinating with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses).
• Track asset status, location, and assignment.
• Generate regular reports on asset status, utilization, and compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage lifecycle from procurement to disposal, with timely upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with hardware maintenance/warranty and software licensing.
• Maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless asset management.
• Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, warranties, and service provision.
• Assist in developing and updating asset management policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Asset Tracking and Management:
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses, etc.).
  • Track asset status, location, and assignment.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on asset status, utilization, and compliance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for cost savings or optimization.
• Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the lifecycle of IT assets from procurement through disposal.
  • Ensure timely maintenance, upgrades, and replacements of assets.
• Compliance and documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with hardware maintenance/warranty, software licensing agreements, and internal policies.
  • Maintain documentation and records for audits and reporting purposes.
• Coordination and support:
  • Work with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless asset management.
• Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for procurement, warranties, and service provision.
• Policy Development:
  • Assist in developing and updating asset management policies and procedures.
  • Promote asset management policies within the organization.
