Job summary

Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate asset records in storage and warehouse, combining admin and physical inventory tasks. You will tag assets, monitor records, and report in line with company policies and audits.

The role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals with 1–2 years in inventory management and proficiency in Google Sheets, with physical tasks and outdoor work as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years in inventory or asset control.
• Proficient in Google Sheets for asset transactions.
• Able to lift 5–10 kg and work outdoors occasionally.
• Knowledge of 5S principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly asset inventories and semi-annual inventories.
• Perform cycle counts and asset pulls at project sites.
• Carry out monthly asset inspections across departments.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports using the approved template.
• Record all asset transactions in Google Sheets.
• Link scanned documents to asset entries in the monitoring system.
• Tag fixed assets with identification labels as required.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and secure at all times.
• Ensure storage areas are locked at the end of the day.
• Assist in scrap selling or asset disposal per company policy.
