Job summary

You'll build foundational knowledge through training and gain exposure to AI-powered analytics and process tools while supporting servicing across trade and working capital solutions throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries using established procedures and service standards.

• Coordinate with internal partners to complete actions accurately and on time.
• Maintain complete and accurate case records and support documentation.
• Manage a work queue using prioritization and coverage expectations.
