• Ability to investigate complex breaks using structured root-cause approaches.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and external counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Process pay-date income events and pre-event reconciliations.
• Manage payable and receivable claims with internal/external counterparties.
• Reconcile cash, position, and control account breaks; reduce aged items.
• Investigate exceptions; document root causes and resolution steps.
• Serve as point of contact for escalations; provide timely updates.
• Provide SME guidance for owned processes and issue triage.
• Identify process gaps and support remediation to strengthen controls.
• Support process re-engineering and automation initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and cross-training plans.
