Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, economics, or related discipline preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, Distribution, Trade Marketing, FMCG, or a related business environment.
• Proven track record of delivering business results and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and ability to interpret business performance indicators.
• Effective communication skills in English; ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to operate in field-based commercial environments.
