Job summary

Philip Morris International is launching ASCEND, a 12-month Sales Supervisor Academy in the Philippines to prepare high-potential professionals for Field Sales Supervisor and Commercial Operations leadership roles. Participants will engage in immersive field assignments, cross-functional exposure, and executive mentorship to build leadership and commercial execution capabilities.

By program end, graduates will be equipped with skills and experience to transition into a Field Sales Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, management, economics, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, Distribution, Trade Marketing, FMCG, or related business environment.
• Proven track record of delivering business results and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and ability to interpret business performance indicators.
• Effective communication skills in English; ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
