Job summary

IntelAssist is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support buyers and artists for a leading online art gallery. You will handle inquiries, use Zendesk, and coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely shipments from Eastwood, QC. The role starts with onsite onboarding for two to four weeks, then transitions to remote work while following U.S.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience; luxury sales preferred.
• Passion for fine art; helping collectors and artists.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; strong communication.
• Experience with Zendesk and basic collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom).
• Ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries from buyers and artists in a friendly, helpful manner to achieve KPI targets and high satisfaction.
• Utilize Zendesk ticketing system and follow processes; escalate when needed.
• Monitor shipments and coordinate with Logistics for fast, safe arrivals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Curatorial, and Product teams to resolve complex orders and ensure smooth service.
