Job summary

OpsArmy Careers is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Tech) for remote work during US business hours (EST–PST). The role focuses on high-quality technical support for a B2B SaaS product in AI-native accounting and finance.

You will handle L1/L2 support, diagnose complex product and data issues, and communicate clearly with customers while coordinating with internal teams. Prior experience with Pylon or Zendesk is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting B2B SaaS customers.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of APIs, SQL, integrations, and data workflows.
• Ability to diagnose complex product and data issues independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support via Slack, Teams, and Email.
• Investigate and resolve multi-step product and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, sync issues, and data discrepancies.
• Analyze logs and workflows to identify root causes.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers during escalation.
