Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to ensure smooth consignment and sales workflows across multiple platforms.

The role focuses on high-volume, repeatable tasks while supporting projects and overflow work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in data entry, customer service, or sales support, with strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP) and familiarity with Salesforce and Mercury systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, accounting, or sales support/administrative operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint; Salesforce and Mercury systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support consignment and sales processes across platforms and internal systems.
• Create, update, and maintain customer, inventory, and sales records.
• Provide overflow project support and assist with operational tasks during peak periods.
