Job summary

Intelassist is seeking an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. The role blends inbound customer support and order management across Beauty4U’s Shopify and Zendesk platforms.

You will handle inquiries across email, chat, phone, and social channels, assist with orders, tracking, returns, and refunds, and identify light upsell opportunities while maintaining a brand-consistent, helpful tone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Approximately 5 years of e-commerce customer service experience.
• Proficient with Shopify and Zendesk.
• Experience handling US-based customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve product, order, shipping, returns, and refunds concerns.
• Provide accurate product information and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve fulfillment or shipping issues.
