Job summary

Intelassist is seeking a dedicated customer support specialist to serve buyers and artists for a leading online art gallery client. The role focuses on timely, empathetic responses, Zendesk ticket handling, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth orders and shipments.

You will join a fast-paced, collaborative team in a night shift aligned with the U.S. Pacific Time Zone, starting with onsite onboarding for two to four weeks before transitioning to remote work.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience; luxury sales preferred.
• Passion for art and helping collectors and artists.
• Professional written and spoken English proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; multitask.
• Team player with a flexible approach.
• Comfortable using Slack, email, Zoom, etc.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from buyers and artists aiming for KPI achievement and satisfaction.
• Use Zendesk to resolve or escalate inquiries per processes.
• Monitor shipments and liaise with Logistics for fast, safe arrivals.
• Coordinate with Operations, Curatorial, and Product to resolve complex orders.
