Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to ensure smooth consignment and sales support across multiple platforms from Ortigas, Manila. The role focuses on 80% consignment processes and 20% project support while handling high-volume, repeatable tasks with accuracy and compliance.

You will work onsite during night shifts, supporting cross-functional operations and ensuring timely updates, documentation, and system integrity throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years in data entry, customer service, sales support or administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage consignments across multiple selling platforms and internal systems.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate customer, inventory, and sales records.
• Support asset onboarding, listings, relisting activities, and package management.
• Coordinate updates for live and online asset activity using standardized templates.
• Ensure all transactions and workflows comply with SOPs.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and coordinators.
• Assist with inventory management, pricing updates, auction support, and seller cost management.
• Support contract documentation and record maintenance within Salesforce and related systems.
