Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee multiple stores within the Cabuyao, Laguna area. You will lead store operations, coach staff, and ensure consistent customer service while driving sales targets and enforcing company standards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience in fast-moving consumer goods or retail environments, with strong leadership and planning abilities for efficient area management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in food, manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores, or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Proficient in SWOT analysis, forecasting, and sales/cost analysis.
• Willing to be assigned Cabuyao, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area.
• Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
• Develop safe and positive work environment for operations personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
• Analyze expenses and sales income and find opportunities for cost-effectiveness profitability.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training operations personnel.
• Train store personnel on daily responsibilities, promotions, and customer service.
• Evaluate performance of store leaders and develop career plans.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by all store personnel.
