Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee the efficient operations of stores within the assigned area in Batangas.

You will coach and supervise a team, ensure consistent customer service, meet sales targets, and enforce company standards. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years of experience in food/manufacturing/FMCG or the restaurant industry, plus strong leadership and planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience in food, manufacturing, FMCG, and/or convenience store sectors is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of stores within assigned area.
• Supervise and guide a team to maximize revenue.
• Develop a safe and positive work environment for operations personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely, quality services.
• Analyze expenses and sales to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training staff.
• Train store personnel on daily responsibilities and promotions.
• Evaluate performance of store leaders and develop career plans.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by staff.
