Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee the efficient and profitable operations of assigned stores in Biñan, Laguna.

You will ensure consistent customer service, meet sales targets, and implement company policies while coaching and scheduling store employees. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years of experience in food/manufacturing/FMCG or the restaurant industry.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in food, manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores, or restaurant industries.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Familiar with SWOT analysis, forecasting, sales and cost analysis.
• Background in manpower planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area.
• Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
• Develop safe and positive work environment for operations personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
• Analyze expenses and sales income to find cost-effective profitability.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training operations personnel.
• Train store personnel on daily responsibilities, promotions, and customer service.
• Evaluate performance of store leaders and develop career plans.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by all store personnel.
