Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee multiple stores, ensure consistent service, hit sales targets, and implement company policies.

You will coach and schedule store staff, oversee daily operations, and drive profitability across the assigned area. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in food, manufacturing, FMCG, or restaurant sectors, with strong leadership and customer-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Hospitality, Business, or Operations).
• 1–2 years of working experience in food, manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores, or restaurant industries.
• Strong interpersonal, detail-oriented, and time-management skills.
• Experience with manpower planning and scheduling is a plus.
• Proven leadership and customer-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations within the assigned area.
• Supervise and guide a team to maximize revenue.
• Create a safe and positive work environment for staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with timely, quality service.
• Analyze expenses and sales to improve profitability.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training operations personnel.
