Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee the efficient and profitable operations of assigned stores across the Laguna region.

You will ensure consistent customer service, achieve sales targets, and enforce company standards while managing store employees through coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years in food/manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores, or the restaurant sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in food and manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores or the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and time management.
• Familiar with SWOT Analysis, Forecasting, Sales and Cost Analysis.
• Background in Manpower Planning and Scheduling.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area.
• Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
• Develop a safe and positive work environment for operations personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
• Analyze expenses and sales income and identify opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training operations personnel.
• Train store personnel on daily responsibilities, promotions, and customer service.
• Evaluate performance of store leaders and develop career plans.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by all store personnel.
