Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee daily store operations within a designated area in Laguna, ensuring consistent customer service and sales targets are met.

You will coach store staff, monitor performance, and implement company policies across multiple locations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years in food/manufacturing/FMCG/convenience or restaurant sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 1–2 years of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, FMCG, convenience stores or the restaurant industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem management, and time management.
• Familiar with SWOT Analysis, Forecasting, Sales and Cost Analysis.
• Has a background in Manpower Planning and Scheduling.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area.
• Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
• Develop safe and positive work environment for operations personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
• Analyze expenses and sales income and find opportunities for cost-effectiveness profitability.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training operations personnel.
• Train store personnel on daily responsibilities, promotions, and customer service.
• Evaluate performance of store leaders and develop career plans.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by all store personnel.
