Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator to supervise multiple stores in the designated region. You will drive sales, ensure consistent customer service, coach staff, and enforce company standards across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree relevant to operations, 1–2 years in FMCG/retail sectors, and strong leadership with cost and scheduling expertise. Join a fast-growing, customer-focused retail group that values people and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in food, manufacturing, FMCG, or restaurant industries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and time management.
• Familiar with SWOT Analysis, Forecasting, Sales and Cost Analysis.
• Background in manpower planning and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area.
• Supervise and guide a team to maximize revenue.
• Develop safe and positive work environment for operations personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
• Analyze expenses and sales income to find cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training operations personnel.
• Train store personnel on daily responsibilities, promotions, and customer service.
• Evaluate performance of store leaders and develop career plans.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by all store personnel.
