Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales and/or business management.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market per area/territory that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Analyzes sales statistics, customer responses and general sales trends as bases for the development of the business plans and sales strategies.
• Ensures the attainment of sales targets or quota as well as growth of last year's performance.
• Initiates and coordinates development of promotional strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of sales, management and marketing plans as directed by senior management.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Store Supervisors and Sales Personnel.
• Conducts sales review meetings with team and prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective optimization of sales and profitability.
• Provides positive reinforcement of Store Supervisors and Sales Personnel's contributions and accomplishments through an effective reward and recognition system.
• Recruits, tests, trains and hires Sales Personnel of concession and owned stores based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
