Job summary

Potato Corner is seeking an Area Manager (Mindanao) to oversee company-owned outlets across Mindanao. You will drive sales, ensure inventory controls, and uphold quality standards while leading service crews and coordinating with logistics and marketing teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with willingness to travel and perform field work. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are essential for reporting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all Mindanao company-owned outlets.
• Achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and quality of stores.
• Conduct Quality Management Training for service crews.
• Perform monthly audits and evaluations of outlets.
• Implement and maintain local and national marketing initiatives.
• Provide reports on visits and sales performance.
• Coordinate weekly itinerary and petty cash replenishment.
• Hire and train service crews.
• Support opening of new outlets in Mindanao.
• Coordinate with Logistics on weekly orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Agency regarding performance and concerns.

We are currently looking for AREA MANAGER (Mindanao).

Job Description:

1. Responsible in monitoring all existing Company Owned outlets in Mindanao.
2. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, inventory, controls, and quality management of stores.
3. Conduct Quality Management Training to service crew.
4. Performs monthly audit and Quality, Service, Customer Evaluation of the outlets.
5. Implement and maintain all local and national marketing initiatives.
6. Provide reports on outlet visits as well as its sales performance.
7. Provide weekly itinerary and petty cash replenishment.
8. Responsible for hiring and training service crews.
9. Supports the opening of Company Owned outlets in the Region.
10. Coordinates with the Logistics Department regarding weekly supplies order, scheduled delivery and /or service maintenance.
11. Coordinates with Agency regarding performance, concerns, and issue.

Qualifications:

1. Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in or College Degree.
2. Background in Business Administration/ Management.
3. At least 1 year working experience.
4. Willing to do field work.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. With excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
7. Proficient in English Communication (Written and Oral).
