Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an Area Manager for Marikina City and Pasig to oversee multiple stores in the North Luzon region. The role requires extensive leadership, organization, and store-operations expertise to ensure SOP compliance and cohesive marketing efforts across all outlets.

The candidate should have a strong background in retail or F&B management, with long-term experience and the ability to drive performance while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably with at least 8 years of managerial experience in F&B or Retail Industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages up to 80-150 stores.
• Manages the North Luzon Stores.
• Ensure all pending store maintenance issues are solved from time to time.
• Ensure in-store assignments are executed and comply with SOP.
• Ensure marketing efforts are consistent across all stores assigned.
• Ensure store assignments adhere to company policy & industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to set projects, objectives, timelines, and monitor progress.
• Create reports and presentations summarizing incidents, sales gaps and losses.
• Evaluate competitors through market research and surveys.
• Research market demands and survey findings.
• Review, forecast and plan upcoming zonal and departmental needs.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
