Job summary

Potato Corner in Visayas is seeking an Area Manager to oversee all Company Owned outlets in the region, drive sales targets, ensure quality, and lead service crews.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/management, at least 1 year of experience, willingness to field work, and strong MS Office and English communication skills.

You will coordinate with logistics and marketing, hire and train crews, and support new outlet openings across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; business/management background.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Willing to do field work and travel within Visayas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all existing Company Owned outlets in Mindanao.
• Achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and ensure quality of stores.
• Conduct Quality Management Training to service crew.
• Perform monthly audits and Quality, Service, Customer Evaluations of outlets.
• Implement and maintain local and national marketing initiatives.
• Provide reports on outlet visits and sales performance.
• Provide weekly itinerary and petty cash replenishment.
• Hire and train service crews.
• Support opening of Company Owned outlets in the Region.
• Coordinate with Logistics on weekly supplies orders, deliveries and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Agency regarding performance and concerns.

1. Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in or College Degree.

7. Proficient in English Communication (Written and Oral).
