Job summary

Maya is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive collaboration with key accounts and strategic partners in the Philippines. You will steer revenue growth, build financial models, and shape pricing and GTM strategies to maximize profitability across Maya's fintech ecosystem.

You will lead a talented team, coordinate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing, and ensure market leadership through data-driven decisions and customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/tech field or related.
• Experience in FinTech or digital banking partnerships preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape partnerships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Develop revenue models, pricing, and GTM strategies to boost profitability.
• Build and manage strategic roadmaps, forecasts, and budgets.
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure product-market fit through research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Data Science.
